UPDATE – the document is now downloadable from the planning portal.
For reasons (it’s not clear what reasons), one of the documents that used to be up on the planning application portal is not there. Don’t know when and why it went missing, and whether it will be back. It’s possible to construct all sorts of theories as to why it isn’t there right now. One of those theories might even be close to the truth
In the meantime, the lesson is, download everything the day it goes up, in case any of the documents has an unfortunate accident….
